I picked up a job at preschool for today a couple weeks ago. I didn’t notice that it was only from 9:30-10:30 until several days later. I told Keith I was sure when someone noticed that, it would get cancelled.
It didn’t.
I went. It was for special ed preschool, and the kids needed lots of hands-on attention. I worked hard for an hour. An hour. Then I went home. It was pretty great.
I made French Onion Meatballs for dinner. They are a thing.
Uff da…. That actually looks QUITE good!!!!
Just when you think you know it all, a brand new meal jumps up 🙂

Even better – it made enough to be delicious a second dinner!
