The weather forecast was for light rain. Light rain is better than heavy rain. We did have light rain as we set out. Nobody said anything about fog. FOG. Cool fog, if you are not out driving around in it. For most of the drive from Woodbury to Waukesha we could see 3-4 car lengths ahead of us. Weird. We had quite a bit of traffic, so Keith was a hero again for doing a good job driving.
My sister, Nancy, organized a Christmas/retirement party for the White family. Brother Dennis is retiring on December 31 – yay for retiring! We had such good snacks (a cranberry, jalapeno, lime, relish over whipped cream cheese was just fantastic on Ritz crackers) and a good dinner and good times.
A few people got away before I remembered to take pictures. Everyone else got tackled at the door.
