It was nice to have them and nice that they could stay until Monday. Benjin and I spent some good pool time playing Top 3 (you know, what are your top three…theme park attractions based on a movie…book that was made into a movie….) and trying to balance in my floatie chair. We went to Noodles and shared macaroni and cheese because you can’t not have it, but we both really like the Japanese Pan Noodles, and then they were off.
Alexander came to dinner and we made fries in the deep fryer – a totally not summer thing to do. We did it like you do it – the three of us hovering around the fries, eating them right from the pan, while the next batch fried.
