I’m giving up trying to call the reservations you get with genie+ reservations you get with genie+. I am calling them fast passes.
Remy was down when our fast pass time came. We wandered in Japan to admire the flowers. Remy came back quickly and so did we.
Mexico was mobbed with people (that should NOT have been a surprise), so we abandoned the idea of tacos for lunch.
Keith said, “Look! Cinderella!”
I said, “Hello, Alice.” She waved back and said hello. I said, “That’s Alice from Wonderland.”
Keith said, “How would you know that? I only know the colors. She is blue. Cinderella is the blue one.”
Keith was the pretty one.
We saw Woody and Bo on the way to lunch at the Land.
We played in Moana water place again – Journey of Water.
We rode Guardians of the Galaxy and it is still the best ride.
We got stuck briefly on Spaceship Earth, just a tiny bit too far from the burning of Alexandria to really enjoy it for an extended time. In our future, apparently Keith’s head will have a handle and mine will have a bit of a stem and perhaps a leaf.
We lived the land and got to ride in front with no one behind us. Charmed life!
We enjoyed the butterfly garden on our way to relax in the DVC lounge upstairs in Imagination. The lady set us up at a table and said, “You are right here, nice and close to the snacks.” We ate so many snacks. They kept refilling with different treats, so we kept staying. Keith’s feet and ankles were hurting. My gout foot just hurts whether I am walking or not, so whatever. Snacks never hurt anything.
We soared with some amazingly ill behaved children. We were so glad we just had to soar with them – not live with them!
Keith had a spicy hot dog with plantain chips and pineapple chutney and spicy aioli. Really tasty – probably the best festival food we’ve had at Epcot. (Well, there were the schinkennudeln that one time….)
We fast-passed Frozen, which was lovely because the line had a 100 minute wait. Oh, that is too long. As we were about to get on our boat, I asked the lady going on with us if she was going to sing loudly the whole time. I figured if she said yes, I’d sing along instead of wishing she would stop. She looked very startled and said, “Should I?” Before I could even shake my head, her companion said, “She’s never seen the movie. She doesn’t know anything about it.” I told her no, not singing was preferred. Next time, I will be quiet (ha. No I won’t).
Keith needed dessert after his spicy hot dog, so he had a dole whip parfait with pineapple dole whip, fruit chunks, and sweet chili sauce.
We stacked up fast passes for the studio. We got there in time for me to grab dinner at 7:30, then did Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Toy Story Mania, Slinky, and another Toy Story Mania in the last hour.
We took the Skyliner home. It seems we are always going the opposite direction of the crowds when we ride the skyline. That is great.
Keith is looking forward to a relaxing, not walking around day of working tomorrow. 🙂
