What can you say about a friend that says she is going to drop something off while you are at the movies (American Fiction – not the comedy the trailer led us to expect, but very, very good) and when you get home you have PINK bathroom tissue? You can say that that friend is amazing and thoughtful!!
Yesterday, (YESTERDAY) I was thinking about my stuff. I love my stuff. I love having craft supplies, so when I think something up, I just go upstairs and root around in the craft closet and then I make stuff. I like having stuff in the freezer, so I have choices for dinners. Yesterday, when I was thinking about my stuff, I thought I should work on using stuff up. I was not born during the depression, but I think I must have read a lot of hard luck stories because I am very reluctant to ever use up the last of something. I thought maybe I should have a resolution about using things up, but my yellow dresser resolution is going SO well, and you can’t overwhelm yourself, but I did think I should try to use stuff up.
Now I have bathroom tissue I just want to keep and keep and keep and show everyone.
Do I keep it for company?
Do I keep it for myself?
I am very much enjoying thinking about it.
Next time you come over, I will show my pink tissue.
One of my goals for 2024 is to randomly find colored bathroom tissue in a public restroom. Wish me luck!

Huh. Way back when, dyed toilet tissue was deemed bad for the environment and often harmful to delicate tissues in women. Have they ‘improved’ the dye used? What brand is your pink tissue?
