We went to see the filmed version of the musical SIX at the Alamo theater today. I loved it. When we saw the live show the first time, I LOVED it. I loved it so much that when it came around again about 8 months later, I was so excited to see it again. And then I was disappointed. Oh sad. It was too soon. I remembered all the jokes and the costumes and I was comparing the previous performers to the current performers. Dumb, but I did. Today it was GREAT again! I recommend going to see it.
Tonight we went to see Dirty Dancing the musical at the Ordway. It was GREAT! The set was cool. The songs were just as stellar as in the movie. The choreography was top notch. The performers were wonderful. Go see it – it runs through September 6.
