I came home to a torn floatie. It wasn’t as torn as it is now – I floated in it for quite a while to achieve this sad state. This is my favorite, because I am mostly in the water while I am on it (in it?). I told Keith I was going to tape it. He laughed. I like tape.
Duct tape is an excellent thing. I don’t really know how waterproof it is, but I would be all in for seeing if it works. This looks like a double layer job to me (tape on both sides of the tear). A worthy experiment, and everyone will want to hear the results!

I saw that when I was there. I wondered how it came to be torn.
Both the floaties that were out are torn. Weird coincidence. Both are several years old and I get they were likely to tear while being used, but just being torn? Weird
Flex seal duct tape! It’s waterproof. A little expensive but worth it for a favorite!
Flex seal certainly has great reviews. I will take a look!
I have Flex tape. DS also might.
