We were in a liquor store. 🙂
We are trying to reproduce a beer cheese soup we had at a restaurant, so we needed beer. The recipe called for Leinenkugel’s Red Lager. The store did not have that. I called my cooking, sometimes beer drinking sister for advice. We bought other lager. She thought our brother-in-law might be willing to drink some of the leftovers. If the soup is good, we will just make it again.
I love being in a liquor store. Everything is so pretty. It makes me want to drink alcohol. I know I probably won’t like it, but it is so pretty. I bought hard strawberry lemonade. It will make me laugh.
If you are ever again lost in a liquor store, give Tom a call. He knows them all very well.

Those store displays are beautiful, aren’t they? With all the bottle shapes, glass colors, and label designs, what’s not to like?
