We didn’t finish our audiobook yesterday, so I asked Keith where we were going today to listen to some more. He didn’t hesitate a second: Pannekoeken. He is a really good thinker sometimes. We got ready and went. I have noticed a thing. I don’t shower every day if I am just spending most of the day in the pool. I sometimes comb my hair when I get out of the pool, but sometimes not. Anyway, what I have just noticed is that it doesn’t occur to me to maybe look at myself before I leave the house. I’m just sort of always rumpled looking. I got out of the car at Pannekoeken and looked at my reflection in the car window and thought, “Oh my.” So, I am not in the picture of the day.
As I sat down just now to write this, I thought, “I know we went to Pannekoeken when we got home from Wales.” I guestimated when and found it quickly. Please read March 19 if you want to know exactly how it went down, because we ordered almost the same things and even took our plastic containers along to take home half for dinner tomorrow. We changed flavors for dessert: I had bananas Foster and Keith had pineapple banana. The take out for Alexander was, as always, banana cream.
We are almost finished with the audiobook. If you are a fan of (the American version) of The Office TV show, Welcome to Dunder Mifflin is the book for you. I wonder where we will go tomorrow to finish it. Keith will know.
