A Long Way Down

Stepping out of our room’s door to the railing gives you the POTD view. It’s cool. And scary.

We enjoyed the Blueberry restaurant for brunch today. Gary tried chicken and waffles for the first time (two thumbs up). It was at an area called Barefoot Landing and Keith brought this picture to me right away and asked what was wrong with it.

Apparently, he was concerned that Barefoot Landing required shoes. We thought Shoefoot Landing was a bad name.

There was a ship to play on and I was on my way to it until I read the bold letters in the sign – area for children 5-12. Darn.

Gary found a hat on top of a post. Very debonair, but also protective since it as made of metal.

We went to Jimmy Buffet’s sister’s place, Lulu’s, for dinner. Julie tried shrimp and grits for the first time (at least one thumb up). They had live music from 5-9. We were almost the only people left for him to play for as the place closed at 9. I really enjoyed it.
