I’ve had a comforter on the blue chairs since surgery. It is big enough to cover both chairs. It is big enough if I heat up part of it, there is still a cool part to pull over. Maren came over to chat over some of the problems in education, Disney popcorn buckets, and what a great spring break might feature (or something like that). When she saw the new coziness added to the blue chairs, she said she would never leave. But she did – great time while it lasted.
I went to work today, with a patched up eye. It really improves the sight I have in my right eye when the left is closed, but I am not supposed to hold it closed. I have kind of a hard time remembering when it is closed. I close it to see better, then just forget about it and realize after a while I am using muscles to keep it closed. Seeing is so great. There is great news about seeing – I have a sliver of sight at the top of the wobbly bubble that is in the way. I can catch glimpses of ceiling fans and, well, ceiling fans have really pretty much been the thing.
Every bit of vision as it returns is a celebration! So happy that you’re feeling up to going to work…
I was very nervous, but it was okay. I’m glad I went but glad I only have two days next week
