Keith had the day off today, so he worked on his office. He is putting up noise baffling panels on one wall to make it more pleasant to practice. When he gets those done (almost) he can put up the moulding, trim the doors to fit the new floor, and put away all the tools.

Speaking of tools, Home Depot made him get some new tools. A coupon! A sale! What was he to do? 🙂 He used several today and was happy as a clam.

Of course there is no such thing as just doing the project you started off to do. There always has to be something else that you don’t know about, right? He started with having to move a light switch around the corner. It was in a very odd place, and I pointed out that he could just cut holes in the wall wherever he needed to expedite the process. Then, of course, it wasn’t that easy, but he got it done. It took all day and it is not quite done (a little alignment yet to do), but it looks great so far.

He practiced his trumpet in his new, improved room tonight and really noticed the difference.
