I have been on my right side all day. I watched some TV and listened to an audio book. Being just still makes you think you are sick. I got up a few times and toddled out to the family room like I was recovering from something. I am perfectly fine except for a bummer eye. 🤦♀️
I asked Keith to cook steak that we bought at Sam’s several months ago and have not gotten around to cooking. 🤦♀️ I requested a baked potato as well.
I got the best food that has ever been cooked at our house. It was truly amazing. We got a new pan in the mail last week. Keith had said that a fancy pan was going to come free with our new stove that we got some time since we moved. Then he said it wasn’t coming. Then it came. It is remote control or something. It talks to the stove. But now the company is going out of business, so you can’t use something and isn’t it sad for people that bought the cookbook and the pan? That is what I got from listening (or not listening) to him talk about the pan. Anyway, the pan perfectly cooked the steak. He tried out airfrying the baked potatoes and they were great. He got a recipe for bbq green beans and they were terrific too. Three amazing things, all at once, in our house. Unbelievable.

Note the Longaberger dinnerware. Still the best. Ours is blue though. We still use our Corelle, too. That is older than our marriage. The finish is wearing off and it is starting to rust. We could probably win some contest with it. lol. Anyway, been thinking about you today and hope you are on your to healing.
That is fun for you to notice. Yes, we still use it every day. It would be so interesting if Corelle had a contest – I bet there are people out there who have been using it for a long time. I think Benjamin is using Ketih’s mom’s…wonder if that would count.
I am 24 hours post surgery so I can light my head up. Keeping face down is a DRAG. The post op appointment said things are going well. Yay.
