It took a while for us to get up and get going this morning. We drove to Waukesha and had a magnificent meal of Beef Wellington followed by a Buche de Noel. Our sister-in-law outdid herself with her amazing cooking and the beautifully decorated table and house. I need a new light fixture and super cook ornaments for my house.
On our drive down, I was reading about how to position four adults for pictures. One of the prime suggestions was that the people should walk toward the camera, then spontaneously interact – high five, hug, or laugh. I practiced on Dennis, Liz, Karen and Brandon. I think this family portrait will probably hang on the wall for years.
We got to sister Nancy’s house about 10pm and unloaded all our stuff. She has her house all beautifully decorated, too!
