We had to go to Stillwater today, so I suggested we go to Nelson’s for lunch. Keith laughed at me. I said if I had other lunch, I would not be able to eat my ice cream. To say they are generous at Nelson’s would be a grave understatement. We had child sized cups. I could not finish mine, even without having eaten anything else. People at the table next to us had single scoops, but they brought Tupperware for the leftovers. I had amaretto cherry fudge and Keith had French silk pie. He loved his. Mine was not chocolate peanut butter. I tried to be wild and not order the same thing I always order (we were last here over two years ago, but still, always) Mine was delicious, but not chocolate peanut butter. Maybe I should go back.
Tupperware for Nelson’s leftovers is genius. Why have I never considered that?
It’s so obvious! TD says on our next trip we will know – and to bring a cooler.
