I had my three-month post retina surgery appointment today. The report is that my retina is perfect, but the big blurry that is my vision in my left eye is because I need cataract surgery. Huh. I was told that retina surgery increases the chances of cataracts, but I assumed that meant in the future. The future is now! How exciting!
We went to Five Guys for lunch. Since my eyes were dilated, I had my sunglasses on in the car even though it was cloudy. We walked up to the building and I thought it was pretty bright out and probably would be inside the large-windowed building. I said I should have brought my sunglasses. Keith said, “Do you mean the ones you are wearing?”
Yep. Those ones.
Keith went to Red Wing to pick up several trumpets he had been having repairs done on. On his way home, on the long, straight highway leading north to Hastings, the car in front of him went 35 mph whenever there was oncoming traffic or they were in a no passing zone. When they were alone or in a passing zone, he went 65mph. It’s about 15 miles, so although it wasn’t fun to start with, it got even more irritating as the miles went by.
Keith had been putting up with it for a while, wishing a cop would see it happening. And then a cop pulled up behind him. It happened several more times. The cop pulled around Keith, flipped on his lights, and pulled the guy over. WISH GRANTED.

That’s fabulous!!! He manifested a police officer!
Who knows the depths of his powers!
