Keith was gone to Eau Claire for a rehearsal before I woke up this morning. Yay me. I sat and read for quite a while, then decided my feet were cold (the house was cold). It was sunny outside, so I thought I would try the deck. It was wonderful. Sunny and warm. After a few minutes, it was hot. Wow. I texted Maren to come over, because I don’t think we see each other enough. She folded laundry and came over. How great is that. She had on a sweatshirt and jeans and was carrying a coat. We chatted quite a while and it got cloudy. We were surprised when some tiny rain drops fell. We got up and put away the cushions and went inside. Within three minutes it was raining. Within five minutes it was hailing. Really a standard day for Minnesota. If you don’t like the weather, wait ten minutes.
I know you can’t really see the hail because it was little hails, but it was there.
