We had a completely free day today. Huzzah to the possibilities. Alexander asked if we wanted to go to Indian buffet for lunch. Absolutely!
I stole his heavy, fluffy blanket the last time I was at his house. Once a year I tackle the kitty fuzz removal job by rubbing it with rubber gloves. I started the day I took it and then abandoned it. It was cold (freeze warning!) last night, so I was motivated to finish in order to return it.
I had the radical idea to try vacuuming it. It took two to tango, and a fair amount of energy, but I think it was faster than doing it by hand.
At the end of lunch I picked up my phone and waved it like I was going to take his picture. He smiled so cute, I took it right through all the stuff I was holding.
