It was a much more reasonable hot today. We turned off the A/C for the first time in almost a week. The convertible ride to brass band was perfect. Perfect!
When we came out of rehearsal, the sky was DARK over there. The wind was picking up. Keith checked the weather and there were big red patches. I suggested we just sit and chat while the red patches moved away. He thought I was silly (I am silly a lot of the time, so that actually tracked). We made it about two miles before we had to pull over and wait for 15 minutes. There was a pretty sky after we got going again.
