I saw the direction post at the pool the other day and was really surprised to see Traverse City on the bottom. Our people were coming from TC! What were the chances?! (Benjamin?) I looked it up. To drive from here to there (or there to here) is 1023 miles. I could go paint in the miles on the sign…
We spent the day chatting non-stop. We went to dinner at the Sea Captain’s House or Captain Sea’s House or IHOP or something I can’t remember. The fish eaters tried the South Carolina specialty She-Crab soup. They all gave it a delicious rating. We saw the ocean for the first time since we got here. Apparently, there is a big beach area here. It was lovely. We will definitely go look at it again some time.
We watched the June Sqibb movie Thelma tonight. It was super cute!
