A long weekend

Keith woke up this morning, looked at me and said, “It’s weekend!…..forever!!!”

His company was purchased and now he is done (as is everyone else who used to work there with him). Instead of looking for a new job, he has decided to retire. He won’t rule out a new job happening if someone just offers him one, but he is delightedly happy now not to be having meetings where someone wants to do something the wrong way or someone else just doesn’t get it and he’s looking forward to not having to fix things somebody else broke. But he will miss several of the people he worked with.

May his retirement be long and happy!

    It’s a good thing!!! And “forever weekend” is sweet. As is the ability to “just say no.” More fun to come!!!! It has been well earned…
