We bought a season pass to ride on Paddleford boats out of St. Paul as many times as we want. We went with Mark and Carla today. It was tremendous. There is shade over the top deck and we had a gorgeous breeze for our 90 minute ride. We want to go many times with many people!
We bought a two-month pass to the Alamo movie theater. Our first movie was The Sheep Detectives. I admit to having low expectations. I was VERY pleasantly surprised! It was so funny and so sweet. We both liked it so much.
Tono is not far from Alamo, so BAM! Dinner! Sweet chili sauce is so good on a pizza.
I read the book Three Bags Full that Sheep Detectives was based on, and really enjoyed it. I think I had my head leaning over to one side like the RCA gramophone dog the whole time I was reading, it was so quirky. I’m so glad the movie was good–can’t wait to see it!
