We met Brad and Regina on our cruise to the Amazon in February 2023. We enjoyed their company so much – it was the high point of the trip! We told them if they were ever in MN to let us know – and they did! They were in Indiana at a wedding last Saturday and have been touring along the way to us all week. We are so excited to host them – if only for a night. We leave for Bucharest tomorrow and they head to Rochester (they are from Rochester, NY, and obviously need to see our Rochester). We went to the History Center tonight – hence the POTD.
We had dinner at the 5-8 where we all had a version of the Juicy Lucy. Keith ordered sweet potato fries (wide crinkle cut – that was new to me) with marshmallow bleu dip. It was utterly bizarre, but he deemed it delicious.
