We went to see the live action Moana tonight. We both really enjoyed it. We only saw the animated Moana once. I remembered the water was helpful and Maui was funny and there was a crab, so most of it was new to me. It was visually beautiful. The coconut guys were really cute while being very vicious.
We were at the Alamo Drafthouse where popcorn refills are free. Free doesn’t mean you have to get a refill. Wait. It is possible that those two giant bowls of popcorn were the people’s first bowls and they just didn’t eat any. Is that worse? I don’t know. Either way, what a waste.
They have a Buffalo cheddar cheese popcorn and caramel corn mixture. Next time we go, I am going to get it. Or not. I don’t know. It could be great. It could be awful. I’m bringing a bag to take leftovers home either way.
