I think the river boat annual pass has just been a wonderful thing. While we were driving through the glorious West Virginia (I just learned that West Virginia broke off to be a state of its own from Virginia because of slavery. They were against and VA was for it. Interesting that I didn’t know that), I checked the weather at home and found out it was going to be insanely beautiful this weekend. Boat ride time!
It was hot in the sun! But we endured to enjoy the great views of some very pretty trees. We talked a lot about traveling – Anne and Dave have SIX cruises booked over the next 18 months (one for 60 days!!) How exciting!
Tom and I also enjoyed a scenic cruise – on a much smaller boat. 😃
