Every once in a while, we remember we are supposed to look inside the boxes all over the house instead of just ignoring them. I did a few today and Keith tackled the necklace dilemma. I had a great spot in my old closet that I hung little hooks for necklaces. We figured the only place here was on the back of the closet door. We had two sinks at the old house, and two awesome leather rugs. We took the extra rug (which I love so much) to use as the backing for the necklaces (so they wouldn’t clank around). Keith worked through the weaving and did a great job. I am so happy to see the jewelry after a couple months. I will wear a whole bunch tomorrow.

Leather rug or woven rug? I zoomed in and it looks woven but maybe there is leather in the other side? I want a photo of you wearing many necklaces.
Both! It is woven like a rag rug, but the strips are leather. There are also some metallic strips made out of something else. I love them. Oh, look! Shiny!
Well that makes sense but as a wever, weaving with leather must be hard…
