The POTD is thanks to Erick. I forgot to get it from him on Saturday night, so I couldn’t make it the picture of the day or picture of the party. It’s a good one. He sent it yesterday morning, but I was out last night, so it didn’t get used again! Today is the day.
I also got a picture of Daniel wearing possibly the greatest sweater of all time. Did Amtrak make this sweater just for Daniel? Are there others who could possibly wear it with such sincerity? I think not. Soak up the fabulousness of man and sweater!
Today there was a lot of sleeping, then a lot of getting ready for another party tomorrow night. I am feeling just fine right now and assume that will continue. I had a pavlova disaster – instead of crisp sugar disks I got piles of goo. I was…disheartened. I was so disappointed I turned the oven back on and cooked them for another hour and let them rest another hour and then there was a Christmas miracle! They were fine. They are good. We can eat them. Total win. Charmed life!
I think my Patrick would like and wear the sweater. I’ll have to ask him.
