I read that the word odyssey comes from the name Odysseus and his travels. That makes all the sense, but I had never put it together before. We call that a W moment – like when you figure out W is UU. There is nothing better than figuring out a W moment.
We had a big event at the big movie. We figured out how to order popcorn via my phone at the Alamo Drafthouse. Woooo. And it wasn’t just popcorn. It was Buffalo cheddar cheese and caramel popcorn. Weird, right?? Yes it was, but we really liked it. It had Buffalo sauce and cheddar on popcorn, then some caramel popcorn sprinkled in. We even refilled and had a second bowl. It is a long movie, after all.
We both really liked the movie, too.
Did you see it in imax? Or regular theatre? My daughter said it was filmed in imax so best to see it that way but there aren’t a lot of imax theaters. Could you tell?
There are no IMAX in MN, so we saw it in the big screen at our theater. I couldn’t tell any difference.
AAAAHHHHH! Phil just texted Keith and told him we have lots of IMAX theaters in Minnesota!!! I totally just believed someone when they told me that after the zoo closed, we didn’t have any. I never looked it up. There are at least 4 in the twin cities and one in Rochester. LEARNING!
