Somehow AllRecipes has decided to send me lots of emails. Somehow, I have decided to look at (some) of them. (Why does the computer want a comma after one somehow and not the other? I do not know. I might be able to figure it out, but I am not going to try) I very diligently emailed myself recipes while we were traveling AND collected them into Word when we got home. Amazing, I know.
I told Keith to pick something for dinner and he picked Marry Me Pork Chops. I kindly let him make them, while I sat in the chair and stared at my phone. (I have a problem. I am thinking about starting to work on it). It has orzo, spinach, cream, chicken stock, sundried tomatoes, smoked paprika (from last year’s Hungary trip), other stuff, and other seasonings.
IT WAS FABUOUS. I stuffed myself with seconds. This is our new company food, so plan on it if you come over.
A complete meal. Love it!
Yes! I was thinking about what to make with it and realized it had everything.
