How to Train Your Dragon

We finally got to see the live action version of HTTYD. It was outstanding! Keith said he wished one of us had looked at him during the movie because he was sure he had a giant, goofy smile the whole time because he was so happy. He might never have been so happy in a movie before. I loved it, too! What a good job they did!

We bought a two month subscription to the Alamo theater. I can go with one other person for $2 each every day. The second person can be anyone I want to take. Lemme know if you are feeling like a movie!

Carla came over to help get things done today. She is a wonderful person! We weeded a bunch in the back and got a big spot in the garage organized. Wow. While we were going through boxes filled with random stuff, she came across a mystery item. I wasn’t sure what it was, but I did guess correctly. Somewhere in the back of my brain, the answer was there. Do you know what this is?

That brings to mind the item Benjamin could not figure out while we were moving. It was free form, sitting on the table. He turned it every direction, opened and closed it, and could not figure it out. He spent at least 10 minutes, probably longer – and I answered some of his questions. Do you know what it is?

  1. The first one looks like a grilling utensil but I haven’t had breakfast yet and I’m very hungry.

The second looks like a necktie rack and I’m still hungry.

  2. I’m with Dave on the top one. The second one is DEFINITELY a necktie rack – the question is why would you guys even have such a thing? I can count the number of times I’ve seen Keith wearing a tie on one hand. (This is a GOOD thing!!!) I’ll be waiting to hear about the creative use determined for both things. (Although I’m sure Goodwill will be happy to have either or both…)
