When Pannekoeken Huis closed, it was just the saddest thing. Luckily, a pizza restaurant called LaTuff’s bought their recipes and their chef and are bringing the food back for us! While we were on the band trip this summer, we were talking to Steve and Catherine about missing pannekoeken – and so were they! Only a few days after the trip, we heard the news about it coming back. Today we drove across town to indulge. It was so much fun and so tasty that we put it on our calendar to do it again in October. Did we remember to take a picture? No, we did not. We ordered a take-out order for Alexander and talked about taking his picture in the parking lot when we dropped of the food. Did we? No, we did not. Keith remembered before putting OUR take-out (for tomorrow) (my leftover banana pineapple, a mettwurst gouda, aussie aussie – pineapple upside down) in the refrigerator.
